CHANGE in management is normal. But the reshuffling within the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) headquarters following Syamsir Siregar\'s appointment as BIN chief is out of the ordinary. Some members of staff have been dismissed; one was even arrested. But the most interesting issue is that members of President Yudhoyono\'s campaign team have made it into the new structure. Is it Syamsir\'s way to get rid of his predecessor Hendropriyono\'s people?
