ON his flight to Busan, South Korea, President Yudhoyono explained his plan to control the business ethics of government officials and their families through a presidential instruction. Immediately several cabinet members who have backgrounds as businessmen came under the spotlight, especially Vice President Jusuf Kalla and Coordinating Minister for the Economy Aburizal Bakrie.
