GENERAL (ret.) Pramono Edhie Wibowo has thrown his hat into the political ring. The former army chief and brother-in-law of President Yudhoyono has a senior post in the Democrat Party: member of the Governing Council. He is expected to achieve, among other things, to bridge the party’s interests with that of other political parties. His entry in the race changes the confi guration of presidential candidates within the party.
