PRESIDENT Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has lamented the workings of Joko Widodo’s transition team, whom he accused of barging in on his ministers and government institutions’ directors without the necessary protocol. The team itself, tasked with making it easier for the new administration to begin its programs, is experiencing coordination problems and confl icts of interests among its members. Will the Jokowi-Kalla presidential team be ready to roll by  inauguration day on October 20?
