Faulty Towers TELKOM plans to gradually sell its Mitratel shares to Tower Bersama Infrastructure, a tower-leasing company, by a method known as share swapping. Tower will eventually control Mitratel and Telkom will own 13.7 percent of Tower’s shares. Will this transaction mean bigger profi ts for Telkom or is it just a fl ash in the pan?
