Reducing Remissions

The Justice Ministry has taken the step of tightening the rules on remissions to inmates convicted of corruption and terrorism. This was greeted with groans and moans and even the threat of a legal suit by those affected, especially the ones who were poised for release. But the ministry has announced it will not change its mind.
