A COALITION of police and politicians has intensifi ed their offensive against the KPK, determined to bring down the top offi cials of this anti-corruption agency. Police investigators and party cadres have been deployed to seek anything—real or contrived—that could unseat the KPK commissioners. Is it a simple case of tit for tat or is there a bigger political stake that has the police and politicians going all-out to weaken the KPK?
