Education Unplugged

IN conceding to the judicial review submitted by the Education Coalition, the Constitutional Court eliminated the legal basis for schools with international-standard labels. In the opinion of the Court, Article 50, Clause 3 of Law No. 20/2003, which mandates the government to initiate at least one international-standard school at all levels, contravenes the 1945 Constitution. The schools are given no transition period to revert back, but Education Minister Moh. Nuh is trying to extend it. What will be the fate of these schools?
