SUPREME Court Judge Achmad Yamanie has been asked to resign due to indications he falsifi ed the case review of convicted drug dealer Hanky Gunawan. Following an internal Supreme Court investigation, Yamanie threatened to expose all the dirty dealings in the nation’s highest judicial institution if he should ever face the judges’ Ethics Board or if he is reported to the police.
