WITH both Aburizal Bakrie and Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono unwilling to give in, they agree to let the law resolve the Bank Century case. The Century Special Inquiry Committee is to submit the outcome of its investigation to the House of Representatives (DPR) plenary session on March 4. The DPR plenary session’s decision will determine where the Special Committee’s investigation will lead. Meanwhile, Finance Minister Sri Mulyani stays in the cabinet and the Golkar Party in the coalition.
