The season of selling dreams has arrived. Political parties are competing to look good during the campaign. Tens of trillions are being spent, either on advertising, expenses for traveling around the regions, or just for doling out the ubiquitous free T-shirts. One party was even bold enough to contract Inul Daratista with a fee of Rp30 billion, although the effort failed because the "drilling queen" declined. Where do the parties get the money for their crazy campaigns? Are there invisible funds that are not reported to the KPU?
