AFTER a series of debates, the Constitutional Court granted a request for a judicial review of articles in Law No. 32/2004 on the Election of Regional Administrators. At least three of the nine justices had differing opinions regarding the court\'s decision. What issues were debated and how did they come to a conclusion, which many see as a political decision? What will the June regional elections look like, and what will be the involvement of the central government?
