Aided by special "supporting" license plate numbers, dozens of luxury cars have magically appeared in the country. And no less an individual than Police Comr. Gen. Sofjan Jacoeb is accused of smuggling in more than the odd Mercedes or two. Naturally he has "nothing to declare" except that perhaps revenge is the motive at work here.
