TERRORIST master bomber Dulmatin is believed to have taken over the leadership of Jemaah Islamiyah’s military wing after Malaysian Noordin M. Top’s death. Wanted for his role in the 2002 Bali bombing, Dulmatin sought to turn Aceh into a center of military force in Southeast Asia. But after eight years of being hunted by Indonesian and Philippine authorities, he met his end in a raid by counterterrorism forces on an Internet cafe in Pamulang, Banten, West Java.
