A RALLY to commemorate the birth of Pancasila held by the National Alliance for the Freedom of Religion and Faith on Sunday a fortnight ago broke up when the Alliance was viciously attacked by the Islam Defenders Front (FPI). Dozens were injured. Many urge the disbandment of the FPI. President Yudhoyono condemned the incident. Police have arrested the perpetrators of the violence. FPI leader Rizieq Shihab was named a suspect while Munarman, head of the Islam Troop Command, became a fugitive.
