THE case of alleged Bank Indonesia bribery of members of the 1994-2004 House of Representatives’Finance Commission has now moved one step further. Deputy head of the Corruption Eradication Commission, Chandra M. Hamzah, has included the confession of one of the suspects, Hamka Yandhu, as evidence. The accusation was clearly targeted at Minister of National Development Planning, Paskah Suzetta, and Forestry Minister, M.S Kaban. Will these two ministers become suspects?
