THE case of suspected corruption in the Justice Department’s Corporate Identity Administration System has dragged in former Justice Minister, Yusril Ihza Mahendra. Even though this former head of the Crescent Star Party insists he never received funds from the system’s operator, namely PT Sarana Rekatama Dinamika, the Attorney General’s Offi ce claims to have “ammunition” which could turn this constitutional law expert into a suspect.
