IT has not been easy going for tobacco magnate Budi Sampoerna to ask for his money which was embezzled by former Bank Century owner Robert Tantular. He asked for the assistance of the chief of the Crime Investigation Division at National Police Headquarters, Commissioner-General Susno Duadji, to facilitate its disbursement. This minor action on the part of a high-ranking police offi cer has aroused some suspicion. Was he really to be paid a commission for his efforts?
