A NEW chapter in the tug-of-war over beef import quota has restarted. Director-General for Livestock, Prabowo Respatiyo, exposes the politicking and pressure by Justice and Prosperity Party members on offi cials at the Agriculture Ministry, so companies owned by cronies can get a major share of the beef import quotas.
