DEBATES over regulating tobacco at the House of Representatives (DPR) always seem to contain 'magical' nuances. One article vanished when the Bill was on its way to the legislature. Today, a pile of documents under the simple title of the Tobacco Bill has managed to pass initial checks and sits ready be enacted as law. On the other hand, the bill on the control of tobacco product to protect public health submitted in 2010 has been totally dropped from the list of DPR priorities. A tobacco war is set to explode.
