Labor On The Loose FOREIGN workers have started coming to Indonesia. Many of them work at infrastructure projects. They are not just experts and professionals in managerial positions, many of them are unskilled workers. With more than 7 million of Indonesians unemployed, why doesn’t the Manpower Ministry restrict this infl ux of foreign labor?
