The AGO is looking into the alleged graft case of a book project at a madrasah (Islamic school), involving Nazaruddin’s network. The case is seen as the tripping point for Nazaruddin, who was then treasurer of the Democrat Party and responsible for a number of similar projects at the Religious Affairs Ministry. Realizing his vulnerable position, Nazaruddin has decided to come clean with the prosecutors.
