THE Asian Agri tax fraud trial is proceeding, with Suwir Laut, a former employee, divulging more and more facts on what is being seen as the biggest tax fraud case in the nation’s history. Even though investigators at the Tax Directorate General have submitted 10 other incriminating names to the attorney general, Suwir remains the only one to be tried in court. But the name of Asian Agri boss Sukanto Tanoto has begun to be mentioned.
