Awol In Ambon

Military deserters are one of the factors that keeps Ambon's flame of conflicts alight. Not only did they run off from their units, but are also taking sides with the conflicting parties. They finance and train civilians in Ambon to fight. Worse, local people seem content with these runaway soldiers. Can TNI Headquarters take care of this very real problem?
