Police have arrested two suspects in the BNI letters of credit (L/C) scam worth Rpl.7 trillion. They are Koesadiyuwono, former Head of BNI\'s Kebayoran Bam Branch, and Edi Santoso, Head of International Services at the same branch. The swindle would have been impossible without the help of any insiders. But it is hard to believe that the two suspects are the ones responsible. If not them, who else? The directors?
